False DMCA Claims
For the second time, BestBigButts.com has received a false DMCA claim against it. In the latest complaint, BestBigButts.com stands accused of using a model’s content from her Only Fans site, and then the photo url from BestBigButts.com linked to as “evidence” is a photo clearly marked with a LOGO ICON for a PAYSITE that BestBigButts.com is an AFFILIATE of, and promotes from the gallery containing that photo. BestBigButts.com does NOT use any content from any model’s Only Fans page. The photo galleries are photos from websites that this site is an AFFILIATE PARTNER of and promotes.
In an earlier DMCA complaint, several links to content of a particular model were provided, with the complaint stating that content of the model can only be distributed on her Only Fans site. There were even links to tag pages, as if the complainant was demanding people cease even mentioning the model’s name! A public figure wanting to banish people from mentioning their name! Yet, the content on this site came from paysites this website is an affiliate partner of, and some of it included videos imported automatically from tube sites like XVideos. If the complaint should be upheld, then EVERY ONE OF THOSE PAYSITES AND TUBE SITES is violating DMCA! I’m struggling to understand how XVideos, PornHub, Brazzers, and BangBros can exist! Not to mention most of it was content that featured MULTIPLE MODELS in it (i.e. not solo content). This prompts a question. If Brazzers or BangBros make content with multiple models in a photo or video, whose Only Fans site does the content belong to?
It’s as if some models are making content with various studios, putting their names out for public consumption, and then trying to pull everything back and restrict access to everything after the fact. Not to mention, one of the big ways models are promoted, which would help drive traffic to their actual Only Fans site, is that websites like this one promote them! How do models expect to gain recognition and a following if websites aren’t allowed to mention them?
On each and every post, there’s a message that reads: “The website (i.e. the website and the website owner(s)/operator(s)) is affiliated with a plurality of adult websites. The content displayed on this website was produced by other parties. This website has a strict policy against illegal pornography. Content displayed on this website was provided by adult paysites this website promotes as an affiliate publisher. If there is any content you believe should be removed, feel free to contact this website by navigating to the Contact page. If you represent an adult website or are an are an adult model and would like to collaborate (e.g. this website promoting your own personal site/blog/service), feel free to contact this website by navigating to the Contact page. This website would be happy to help promote any of the models featured on this website inwhatever way possible.”
That said, I have no interest in promoting models against their wishes. I have taken steps to remove the content identified. It isn’t like I’ve made a single dime from this website or off of any content on this website. Given this climate of everybody being after each other, I’m planning to re-format this website into something different.
I INVITE models to contact this website by going to BestBigButts.com/contact and let me know if they want anything removed or if they want to collaborate in some way. To be clear, I have not made a single dime from this website. The time, energy, and web hosting has been an expense. I am much less inclined to continue with this website when I get false DMCA complaints.
